Craft your own natural lavender beverages. All recipes can be scaled up or down. Add more or less ingredients depending upon your tastes. Simple Lavender Infusion
2 cups water
1 teaspoon lavender
{1} Pour water into pot and bring to boil {2} Turn off heat, wait for one minute, add lavender and stir {3} Partially cover pot with lid and let lavender infuse for 7 minutes {4} Stir and strain into cups or teapot, serve hot {5} Or strain, let cool, refrigerate and serve as a cold beverage
Lavender Sweet Lemon Infusion Essence
2 cups spring water
1 teaspoon lavender
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice
1 teaspoon preferred sugar or
1 teaspoon light white honey
{1} Pour water into pot and bring to boil {2} Turn off heat, wait for one minute, add lavender, lemon juice and stir {3} Partially cover pot with lid and let lavender infuse for 7 minutes {4} Add sugar or honey and stir {5} Strain into cups or teapot and serve hot {6} Or strain, let cool, refrigerate and serve as a cold beverage
Lavender Lemonade Infusion
2 cups spring water
2 teaspoons lavender
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice
2 teaspoons preferred sugar or
2 teaspoons light white honey
{1} Pour water into pot and bring to boil {2} Turn off heat, wait for one minute, add lavender, lemon juice and stir {3} Partially cover pot with lid and let lavender infuse for 7 minutes {4} Add sugar or honey and stir {5} Strain into cups or teapot and serve hot {6} Or strain, let cool, refrigerate and serve as a cold beverage
Lavender Orange Infusion Nuance
2 cups spring water
2 teaspoons lavender
3 slices of an orange, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon preferred sugar or
1 teaspoon light white honey
{1} Pour water into pot and bring to boil {2} Turn off heat, wait for one minute, add lavender, lemon juice and stir {3} Partially cover pot with lid and let lavender infuse for 7 minutes {4} Add orange slices and muddle slices with a wooden spoon {5} Add sugar or honey and stir {6} Strain into cups or teapot and serve hot {6} Or strain, let cool, refrigerate and serve as a cold beverage
Milky Lavender
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons lavender
4 teaspoons preferred sugar or
4 teaspoons light white honey
{1} Pour milk into pot and heat until milk is just about to bubble {2} Turn heat down to low add lavender and stir {3} Keep heat just under bubbling and let lavender infuse for 7 minutes {4} Add sugar or honey and whisk for a moment {6} Strain into cups or teapot and serve hot {6} Strain into cups or teapot and serve hot

Lavender Syrup

• 2 cups water
• 2 2/3 cups of sugar
• 1/3 cups of lavender
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
2. Stir and let simmer for 1 minute until sugar dissolves
3. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes
4. Strain into a container
Honey Lavender Syrup

• 2 cups water
• 2 2/3 cups of honey
• 1/3-2/3 cups of lavender*
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
2. Stir and let simmer for 1 minute
3. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes
4. Strain into a container
Lavender London Fog

• 1 tea bag
• 1/2 cup of of water
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 tsp of Honey Lavender Syrup
1. Steep tea bag in water for 3-5 minutes
2. Steam/froth* milk
3. Pour milk into tea and mix in honey lavender syrup
* If one does not have a milk steamer, one can also scald the milk on the stove.
